1. Remove the demo button
Open Main Layout and delete both “Get Build · $79” buttons: the floating one in the bottom right corner and the one at the top of the footer. It only exists to sell the template.
2. Your name and logo
Edit the Site Nav component (wordmark and the H&R mark) and the footer in Main Layout. The phone number and email appear in the nav, the footer and on Contact.

3. Colours and type
Colours live in the colour styles: Site, Ink, Mute, Line, Hi-vis and Night. Change Hi-vis to your brand colour and every button and marker follows. Type uses Hanken Grotesk and Martian Mono through the text styles.

4. Projects
Each project in the Projects collection has the figures the site prints: Agreed, Changes, Final Account, Weeks and Budget Band. Log is one line per report row: week | what happened. Leave Site Photo empty if you do not have a photo from the same spot as the Finished Photo.

5. The site to home viewer
The pinned viewer on the home page and on every project is the Site to Home code component. Use two photos taken from the same spot, set From week and Handover week, and the money from and to. It shows the finished state everywhere Framer cannot scroll it, and readers who prefer reduced motion get the finished photo with one short fade.

6. The booking form
Both forms send to Framer Forms by default. In the form settings, add your email or a webhook so enquiries reach you. Edit the Submit Button component to change the sending, booked and error messages.

7. Team, guides and questions
Team, Guides and FAQ are collections too. The home page shows all of Team and the three newest guides.

8. Before you publish
Replace the Privacy and Terms text, the photo credits, the page titles and descriptions in each page’s settings, and the share image in Site Settings. Then delete this page.
